Platform

One system, designed together.

Generation, storage, distribution and cooling are usually specified by different teams on different timelines. Our design platform models them as one system for each site, then turns the result into standard skids.

A Helios system: solar array and battery storage feed GPU racks over an 800 VDC bus, coordinated by a microgrid controller, with the utility not connected. Solar array Microgrid controller 800 VDC bus Utility not connected Battery storage (BESS) GPU racks + liquid cooling
A Helios system, simplified: generation, storage and load on one islanded DC bus.

The design platform

Every variable modeled against every other.

For each site we model solar yield, storage sizing, 800 VDC distribution and thermal load together. A change in one, a hotter summer, a denser rack, a smaller parcel, flows through to the others before anything is built.

The output is a design that fits the parcel and the load, with single-line diagrams for every tie-in and a bill of standard skids ready to build.

What’s inside a Helios system.

Each building block is standard, and each is sized for the site it serves.

Solar generation

PV arrays sized to the site’s solar resource and the load it has to carry, modeled for yield across the year.

Battery storage (BESS)

Storage sized with the array, so compute keeps running through the night and through weather, not just at noon.

800 VDC distribution

One DC bus from generation and storage to the racks, with fewer conversion stages between the panel and the processor.

Microgrid controls

Controllers that balance generation, storage and load on an islanded system with no utility to lean on.

Liquid cooling

Thermal loops designed for high-density GPU racks, sized together with the power system instead of bolted on later.

Prefabricated skids

Standard power and thermal skids built off site, with drawings that local crews already know how to read.

From empty parcel to live racks.

Four steps, and none of them is waiting on a utility.

  1. 1

    Site study

Solar resource, thermal and power integration modeling, plus land and lease evaluation for your parcel.

  2. 2

    System design

PV array, battery storage, controls and cooling sized together, with single-line diagrams for every tie-in.

  3. 3

    Prefabricated skids

Standard power and thermal skids built off site, so field work is placement and hookup, not custom engineering.

  4. 4

    Local install, online

Regional contractors and union trades set skids on pads and connect them. Your tenant goes live without a utility interconnect.

An asset for the community, not a load on it.

Data centers that draw from the public grid compete with households and businesses for capacity, and that competition shows up in rates, opposition and moratoriums.

A Helios system generates, stores and delivers its own clean power on site. It never asks the local utility for capacity, so it never asks local ratepayers to pay for it.

See what your site can support.

A site study models your parcel and load and shows what a system would look like.
